Each book is printed to order just for you (print-on-demand), so every print sale is final and non-refundable, including for damage in transit.
PDFs are delivered instantly on the order-confirmation page and by email via a 7-day link, and cannot be returned, so all digital sales are final. You can re-download within 7 days at /retrieve using your checkout email. If a link won't work (expired or a technical issue), email [email protected] with your payment confirmation and we'll re-issue it so you get what you paid for.
